For animation and final edit of your banner you need to start the GWD software. If you don't have the software, download it from here https://www.google.com/webdesigner/

Change the text and image. You can replace your image in the image folder with the same file name and it will automatically replace and reflect in GWD software.

After edit and complete your design, just click on the publish button bellow the edit window and select “Publish local”.
